Flag game: recognise all 195 flags of the world
A flag appears, four countries are offered, and you have seconds to choose. The mode covers all 195 countries in the game — not just the thirty everybody knows.
How it works
The principle fits in a sentence: a flag appears, you name the country among the options. What makes the difference is how the questions are drawn.
GeoG ranks all 195 countries by familiarity — an internal measure of how often a country is known to the general public. So a run does not just pick at random: it mixes obvious flags with rare ones, so that a session stays playable without ever becoming pure recitation. The further you go, the larger the share of obscure countries.
Speed and accuracy both count towards the score, normalised on a 0–1000 scale shared by every mode in the game. Answering correctly in two seconds is worth more than answering correctly in ten.
Three ways to play it: solo, picking a continent to target one area; in the daily challenge, where every player faces the exact same run; or in an online duel, against a friend or a matched opponent.
