How it works

Every day at midnight UTC, a new run is drawn. It is identical for every player on the planet: same countries, same questions, same order. That is what makes the result comparable — and worth arguing about with friends the same evening.

The run mixes the game's modes: a few flags, a few capitals, one location on the 3D globe, one silhouette. The draw is deterministic, derived from the date: neither the server nor the player can influence it, and replaying the same day gives exactly the same run.

At the end the game produces a share grid — a string of emoji summarising your answers without revealing the correct ones, the Wordle way. You can paste it anywhere: it tells your friends how you did without spoiling their game.

A streak builds day after day: it counts consecutive days played, and resets the moment you skip one. It is the mode that asks the least — two minutes — and the one people come back to most.

No account is needed to play. A free account only keeps your streak across devices.

Frequently asked

When does the daily challenge change?
At midnight UTC. Every player in the world then receives the same new run.
Do I need an account?
No. The daily challenge starts straight in the browser, with no sign-up. A free account only keeps your streak across devices.
Can I replay yesterday’s challenge?
No: each day has its own run, playable only that day. That is what gives the consecutive-day streak its meaning.
How does the share grid work?
It turns your results into emoji, without revealing the answers. Paste it into a message or a social post: friends see how you did but keep the surprise.
